FAQ
Questions we often get before your visit.
- Is there an admission fee?
- Yes. Admission is charged separately from activity fees. In 2027 we open on April 29. Admission depends on the season: 600 yen for adults (high school students and older) and 300 yen for children (elementary and junior high school students), or 900 yen for adults and 400 yen for children from late May to mid July (free for preschool children; opening dates and fees are reviewed every year). Please see the "Hours & Fees" page for the latest fees and open season.
- Can I do activities on rainy days?
- Activities go ahead in light rain. If we cancel because of the weather or other reasons, those who paid in advance get a full refund (those paying on site have not paid yet, so there is nothing to refund). We decide by 5:00 pm the day before and let you know on LINE.
- Can I cancel my booking?
- You can cancel from "My bookings" on LINE. If you paid in advance by card, you can cancel up to the start time, and we refund the full amount you paid. If you pay on site, you can cancel on LINE up to 2 hours before the start; after that, please call us.
- What happens if I miss my booking without notice?
- After two no-shows in a row, future bookings require advance payment. If you cannot come, please cancel your booking or call us.
- What should I bring?
- It depends on the activity. Please check "What to bring" on each activity page (in Japanese).
- Is there parking?
- Yes, we have parking for 300+ cars.

- Are you open on rainy days?
